Apparently a glass of milk is a great thing to have after a work out. It has a perfect balance of protein and carbs to give your muscles everything that it needs.

Shame it smells funny and comes out of a cows udder.

    I saw a blogger (can’t remember the name now, duh!) post about how humans see at least one cow per day. Not the Kansas type… but on the internet, billboards, TV, etc. Thanks for showing me my cow for the day!
